  • Staj Yeri Onay Formu (2 adet)
  • Aile Sağlık Yardımı Sorgulama Belgesi (1 adet)
  • Staj Defteri (1 adet)
  • Nüfus Cüzdanı Fotokopisi (1 adet)

to the authorized persons specified in the relevant forms.

Applies to the Civil Engineering Internship Commission by “Staj Yeri Bildirim Formu” until three weeks before the End of the Courses specified in the Academic Calendar.

The students who are accepted to the internship place and the dates will submit one of the approved “Dekanlıktan Kuruma” form to the institution where they will do their internship.

The institution submits all other documents to the relevant internship commissioner within the specified dates with the “Staj Yeri Onay Formu”including stamp and photo acceptance letter. The internship commission receives the ”Internship Book taj approved by the head of the internship committee.

Students can start their internship after getting approval. Internships that start without approval are not valid. The student who has accepted and approved the place of internship must start the internship at the approved place. The required documents (criminal record, etc.) required by the students of the internship institutions are prepared in advance by the Faculty Secretariat upon the application of the student.

Internship commission member submits the internship places, internship types and the approval date of the internship at the end of the application dates to the Department Presidency through electronic information system, in a file arranged separately for each student,

  • Aile Sağlık Yardımı Sorgulama Belgesi (1 adet)
  • Nüfus Cüzdanı Fotokopisi (1 adet)

documents to the Faculty Secretariat to be delivered to the Accounting Unit on the dates specified. The list forwarded to the Internship Committee by the Department Chair is filed and stored.

Deadline for the submission of all required documents for the internship to the Internship Commission ——> (Until one week before the End of the Courses specified in the academic calendar)

Deadline for submission of the documents required by the Internship Commission to the accounting unit for the insurance transactions, to the Faculty Secretariat ——> (one day after the End of the Courses specified in the academic calendar)

Delivery date of the Internship Book and Internship Student Evaluation Form to the Internship Committee by the student ——> (no later than three weeks following the beginning of the courses specified in the Academic Calendar)
